Glimpse Into the Life of Early Settlers

One of the highlights of our museum is undoubtedly the General Store. It's a treasure trove of historical artifacts, carefully curated to give visitors a glimpse into what life was like for early settlers.

 

The store boasts a homesteader's stove and pipe, perfect for warming up during harsh winters. And if you look around, you'll see many items that were once essential to everyday life, such as a bulk food cupboard, a cheese box, and a national brand cash register.

 

What really catches your eye is the warm and heavy buffalo coat, a testament to the harsh living conditions of those who came before us.
